Dear Asfaw,
Thank you very much for bringing this up. The file that I attached is the approved version. It was approved in 2015 (mentioned in the file name). I got the file directly from College of Science Associate Dean Tod W. Reeder. If you like, you may directly contact him and ask for a copy.
I believe we need to postpone the vote because the difference between the two policies is very significant.
