[Faculty] URGENT: CoE Assigned-Time Policy Revision

Greetings, Ashkan and All.

The College of Science assigned time policy you graciously attached is
published as a “Proposed Revision.”  If this has been ratified, a 3 unit
course release for a conference paper is very faculty-friendly indeed.  It
would be interesting to have the approved version.  Otherwise, I think it
is better to take the issues you raised as amendments at a later meeting,
rather than delay the years of diligent work of our esteemed colleagues,
Julio et al.
