[Staff] [Faculty] Engineering Valedictorian Vote Deadline: April 13th

Hi Donovan,

I second Andy's proposal. When a faculty makes a personal recommendation
that speaks volume about a candidate, especially if the candidate is from a
different department. We have always followed that model in the past.
Without faculty opinion only thing we can go by is the GPA and then there
is no reason for a vote.

Thanks,

Sooby
