[Staff] [Faculty] Engineering Valedictorian Vote Deadline: April 13th

Hi Andy,

This was a request from one of our chairs. I have spoken to the Assistant
Dean and she will bring up the issue at the next Exec Committee meeting. I
don't believe anyone wishes to engage in censorship, but rather an effort
to limit email clutter. However, you have certainly identified a point that
should be refined into a formal policy.

Thanks,
Donovan
