OBJECTIVES: The sponsor provides support for two graduate
awards, the Saul Horowitz, Jr. Memorial Graduate Award and the Heffner
Scholarship for Graduate Students, for support of full-time graduate
study in construction management and/or construction-related
engineering.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligible applicants are college seniors enrolled in undergraduate
construction or civil engineering degree programs, and persons
possessing an undergraduate degree in these fields. Applicants must
be enrolled, or planning to enroll, in a graduate level construction
or civil engineering degree program as a full-time student.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
FUNDING
