ELIGIBILITY<br>
Eligible applicants are college seniors enrolled in

construction or civil engineering degree programs, and persons<br>
possessing an undergraduate degree in these fields. Applicants

be enrolled, or planning to enroll, in a graduate level construction<br>
or civil engineering degree program as a full-time student.<br>
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. <br><br>
