[Faculty] College Inventory Mobile Device Scanning

Greetings College of Engineering Faculty and Staff,

Those of you with mobile devices at home that were purchased using State
of California funds and have a yellow property tag affixed must bring
your devices to campus next week for inventory accounting.

University Property Clerk Mark Crumpacker will be available during the
following four time-slots to scan your mobile devices (laptops and
tablet computers):

1) Monday (April 24) from 1:00pm to 4:00pm in room 203E (Dean's
Conference Room)

2) Tuesday (April 25) from 9:00am to 12:00pm in room 323L (Mechanical
Engineering Conference Room)

3) Tuesday (April 25) from 1:00pm to 4:00pm in room 203E (Dean's
Conference Room)

4) Wednesday (April 26) from 9:00am to 12:00pm in room 101D (Electrical
and Computer Engineering Conference Room)

Please meet the Property Clerk during one of these four time-slots to
have him scan mobile devices you regularly keep off-campus.
