[Faculty] SP 103 Parking Spaces

Hi Everyone,

The fencing has been taken down from the SP 103 parking spaces.  There are
(3) SP 103 parking spaces available, one is in front of the CAM Center
block house.

The SP 103 parking spaces are only to be reserved for visitors.
