[Faculty] 2017 Engineering Commencement

COE Faculty:

Commencement for the College of Engineering will be held on May 13th at
5:30pm at Viejas Arena.

This year, RSVPs are requested.* Please let me know if you will be
attending by May 8th. *

VIP parking will be available for all faculty when entering Parking
Structure 12 from the south entrance (directly opposite the arena). From
there, enter Lot 13 by foot via the left-hand vehicle entrance (do not
enter with students via the pedestrian entrance on the right). ID will be
required by security. Enter the arena floor and proceed to the line-up area
for faculty in the North Corridor.

Full academic regalia is required and a robing room will be available if
you wish to dress at the event. The procession into the arena will begin
promptly at 5:15pm and seating on stage is open apart from marked seats for
VIPs.
