Dear Yusuf,
The draft document you sent appears to have been prepared in a
hurry, and as such is not very well presented. For example,
(i) the footnote on p. 1 is not a well-written, grammatically correct
sentence.
(ii) The second sentence of Sec. 5.3(b) appears to duplicate what
Section 5.3(e) states.
etc.
I suggest that the document be carefully prepared before
seeking faculty approval.
