To: SDSU Telephone Coordinators

 

At the last TC meeting on 6/26, we introduced a web application to make
voicemail changes called "Web PhoneManager" or WPM. We provided you the
training and requested your feedback before we roll it out to the campus in
October. Thank you to those of you who responded.

 

As a follow up, we are planning to send a Campus Announcement introducing
Web PhoneManger to faculty and staff on Monday, 9/30/13 (see Draft
attached). I also attached the information we will be posting to the TNS
website. 

 

An online tutorial is provided as part of the "User Resource" in WPM. In
addition, we will also conduct two training sessions for those who need it,
as follows:

 

WPM Training Workshops

Dates: Wednesday, 10/16 or Thursday, 10/17

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Location: Love Library Room 260

 

Space is limited so please ask your faculty and staff to RSVP to Heather

4-0100 if they are interested in attending.
