[Staff] Deans Conference Room Usage

Hello Staff,

As we all continue to use the Dean's Conference room, please be considerate
of cleaning up after your event and meetings as several items have been
left behind in the conference room. We have daily meetings taking place in
E203E and the conference room should be left in the same way you found it.
