[Staff] Fwd: Introducing College of Engineering Pillars (draft)

Dear CoE Staff,

First and foremost, thank you for your hard and dedicated work over the
summer.  You are amazing!!

I am introducing Pillars (aka values) that I am hoping to adopt by all
faculty, staff and students as a common understanding for all to strive
for.  I worked earlier this summer with the advising staff to develop the
current draft attached. I also introduced a preliminary version at the
Executive Committee Meetings earlier this summer.  See the attached
document and please send me your feedback and questions, if possible by end
of day Aug 3rd.

You will see a timeline also.  I plan to get CESC feedback as well as staff
feedback now so that at the faculty/staff meeting on August 17 I can
introduce the latest version to the faculty for their input. and once
complete we can then share with all faculty, staff, and students as the
Pillars of our College at SDSU.

College of Engineering Homeroom in CANVAS and can make appointments with me
by clicking bit.ly/Theresa-Garcia and then login with your SDSU ID and
password, click on Blue Get Assistance Button and select an open date/time
from my calendar.
