[Staff] Time & Location - 8/22/2019 CoE Faculty/Staff Retreat

Dear Faculty and Staff,

The time and location have been confirmed for the Fall 2019 CoE Faculty &
Staff Retreat, taking place on Thursday, August 22, 2019:

Time: 1:00pm-4:30pm (meeting follows the all University Convocation) - An
agenda will be sent prior to the meeting.

Location:  Templo Mayor Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Rm. 231, in the Conrad
Prebys Aztec Student Union. Please see attached map for Templo Mayor Conf.
Room.

On Friday, August 23, 2019, we will be holding the Engineering Gathering at
the Tom Ham's Lighthouse Restaurant, from 6:30pm-8:30pm.  The CoE will be
hosting a buffet style dinner hosted by the CoE to give our Faculty and
Staff the chance to mingle!  I will be e-mailing an RSVP at the end of July.

As a summary, the final Fall 2019 Retreat dates and times are as follows:

*CoE Faculty & Staff Retreat *
Thursday, August 22, 2019 - 1:00pm-4:30pm - Templo Mayor Conference Room,

Dear Faculty and Staff,

As announced in the Spring 2019 Faculty and Staff meetings we will be
having our *Fall 2019 CoE Faculty & Staff Retreat*, on the first day of the
fall semester,*Thursday, August 22, 2019*, following the all University
Convocation.  We are still working on the time and location for the Retreat
meeting.

As in past years, the Retreat will also include the evening *Engineering
Gathering*, however, we have changed the venue to *Tom Ham's Lighthouse
Restaurant* and due to availability, we will be holding the Engineering
Gathering on *Friday, August 23, 2019, from 6:30pm-8:30pm*.  I will be
e-mailing an RSVP and further details as the date approaches.
