[Staff] Commencement 2015 Volunteers

COE Staff:

Commencement is right around the corner on Saturday, March 16th at 5:30pm
at Viejas Arena.

We need volunteers to assist with leading departments into the arena and
getting graduates seated. Staff and graduates will be assembling at 4:30pm
in L Lot. You will only be needed for the beginning of the ceremony but
you're welcome to stay until the conclusion at approximately 7:30pm.

Please let me know if you can volunteer and, yes, there will be food! Your
help is much appreciated and necessary to make sure the ceremony runs
smoothly!
