[Staff] Trying to locate (2) tables for a recall inspection

Hi Everyone,

I was contacted by a representative from Steelcase who needs to come out
and do an inspection on a line of Akira Flip Top Tables that were purchased
by Darrell Irwin in 2011.  There may be a possible safety issue with the
functioning of the flip top hardware.

I am trying to locate (2) Akira Tables, model# AKF4824RLC, that have
stainless steel legs with a wood grain flip top, the table is 2' x 4',
please see attached picture.

Please check your offices and labs to see if you have one of these tables
(on the under side of the table top there will be a large white label that
will list a Sales Order#:  4088456 and the model# AKF4824RLC).

If you have one of the tables, please e-mail me with the room/lab number
that the table is located, so the representative can inspect it.
