[Staff] Fall 2015 - Engineering Retreat - Wed 8/19

Hi Everyone,

We will be having our Fall 2015 College of Engineering Retreat on *Wednesday,
August 19th *(first day of the Fall semester), from 9:00am-1:00pm, in the
Templo Mayor Conference Room, Rm 231 (2nd floor, Aztec Student Union
Center).

The following is a draft agenda:

*9:00am-11:30am* - Business Meeting (*Faculty Only*) - please note that we
will be voting on the Assigned Time Policy, which the Dean will be sending
out in advance of the Retreat.
*11:30am-12:00pm* - Dean's Remarks (*Faculty & Staff*)
*12:00pm-1:00pm* - Lunch at Faculty Staff Club (*Faculty & Staff*)

This year, the Retreat will be followed by an evening Engineering Gathering
from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
The CoE will be hosting the Gathering to give everyone a chance to mingle
and socialize.  A formal e-mail invite will be sent at a later date.

Please be sure to place a hold on your calendars for the date and times
above, more information will follow as the date approaches.
