Hello HR Liaisons,

 

Each year, we are required to post a summary of work-related injuries and
illnesses that occurred during the previous year. I need your assistance to
post the attached OSHA Form 300A in an obvious place where notices to
employees are customarily posted (i.e., the break room). The posted annual
summary cannot be altered, defaced or covered by other material. The annual
summary needs to be posted no later than February 1st and must remain posted
until April 30th.

 

If you have employees who do not normally report at least weekly to a
location where the annual summary is posted, then your department is
required to present or mail the annual summary to each employee who receives
pay during February through April.

 

Let me know if you have any questions regarding this posting. Please
continue to remind employees in your department to report all injuries to
our office within 24 hours. Attached is an easy-to-read one-page flow chart
of how to handle reports of work related injuries or illnesses. Thank you.
