[Staff] 2nd floor - Heating issue

Hi Everyone,

We are aware of the heat issue in the offices and classrooms on the 2nd
floor.  Facilities Services called to let me know that the issue is due to
a network controller being down.

They are sending someone to fix it, but they could not give me a specific
time.
