[Staff] Reminder: last day to request software application installation on computer laboratory stations

Greetings College of Engineering Faculty and Staff,

IT staff members are in the process of creating the distribution of
software applications that will be available during the fall 2015
semester on Windows operating system stations in rooms E207, E218, E220,
E221, E300, E301, and PS231.  The current list of installed applications
is available via URL

Please look over the list and let me know if you require a particular
application, or an updated version of a listed application, by today.
After August 13, all of the stations will be "re-imaged", or cloned,
from a master station containing the list of applications shown on the
distribution page.  Once we install a new application on our master
station, we will ask you to test the application on the master station
to verify functionality.  Testing days will be August 11 and 12.
