[Staff] Explore Schedule 2014 for COE

Thank you to all faculty, staff and students who have volunteered to help
showcase the College of Engineering at Explore SDSU Open House, this
Saturday held from 9am to 2pm.

 

In this email you will find the details for the event:

 

.        See attached schedule.  Note: the Dean and department info sessions
will be given twice and the lab tours/demos will be given 3 times throughout
the day

.        Volunteers and Student organizations confirmed for tabling will
need to arrive by 8am (first come, first choice table location:
non-confirmed orgs can volunteer and/or wait if table opens up)

.        I will arrive by 7:30 am in case anyone is a morning person like me
and would like to arrive early; my cell # is 6192045009, just in case

.        AESC will sell snacks to the public and provide complimentary
snacks and drinks to Explore volunteers and presenters

.        MEP, CSNE (ERC) and COE will have info. tables in front of the
engineering building; setup is at 8am.

.        We will use E203e for volunteer/staff headquarters

 

It is not too late if you still want to volunteer and join us.  Donovan has
the master volunteer list and will assign tasks for the event.
