[Staff] Update on Dean's Office Renovation

Hi Everyone,

The renovation of the Dean's Office suite (painting and carpet
installation) is *set to begin on Thursday,  2/13 and conclude on
Wednesday,  3/5*.  *The Dean's Office suite and conference room will be
closed during this time, *without access to faculty, staff or students.

For Thu 2/13 through Wed 3/5, the following *temporary* accommodations have
been made:

1.  *Theresa Garcia* -  E-210 (x4-2680)
2.  *Donovan Geiger* - ERC Office on Alvarado Road.  Please contact Donovan
on his cell at:  858-444-0030
3.  *Arlene Gibson *- E-323H (x4-6061)
4. * Jacqueline Lane* -  E-323A (x4-3480)
5.  *Monte Mehrabadi* - E-326B
6. * Marcie Morihiro* - E-326A (x4-6067)
7.  *Bruce Westermo* -  Education Building, PLTW Office, Rm ED-100K
(x4-7007)
8.  *The Dean's Office student assistants* (Justine & Pratik) - will be
using a temporary desk set-up in the lobby of the ME Office (Rm 326 - no
phone access)

The *Dean's Office mailboxes & outgoing mail will be set-up temporarily in
the ME Office lobby (Room 326)*, with access to all faculty and staff
during regular business hours:  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

We appreciate and thank everyone for their continued patience during the
renovations and we are doing our best to minimize any disruptions to the
daily functions of the CoE.
