[Staff] Engineering Commencement

COE Faculty and Staff:

Just a reminder that Engineering Commencement is this Sunday, May 19th, at
9:00am. If you are planning on attending, please line up in the north
hallway of Viejas Arena no later than 8:15am. You can access the floor of
Viejas Arena via the left entrance of L Lot (right entrance is for
graduates only).

Staff, I still need a few more volunteers to help coordinate an orderly
ceremony. There will be a short 15min rehearsal on Thursday the 16th at
Viejas to run over the processional. Your assistance will be greatly
appreciated!
