Gooooooooooooooood Morning everyone,

 

I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

 

It's that time of year again, EXPLORE SDSU OPEN HOUSE.  And it is right
around the corner - Saturday, March 17th  from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  I
need your help at 8:00 a.m. to help make sure everything is ready to go at
9:00 a.m.

 

A number of you participated and assisted last year and indicated it was
well worth your time to interact with prospective students, parents, alumni,
and friends to show them all how outstanding our College of Engineering is.

 

I need your help again this year in leading and guiding this year's
participants to their various venues, answering their questions, and
providing direction to their next location on campus.  I know I can depend
on you to volunteer your time, but as a small incentive, you should work
with your supervisor to receive compensatory time for future release time.

 

If you would please let Donovan Geiger (dgeiger at mail.sdsu.edu), x46079 know
of your intention to volunteer ASAP, it would be greatly appreciated.

 

In preparation for this year's Open House, there are a number of items that
need to be made, procured, and otherwise planned for, i.e. venue signs, name
tags, food acquisition, etc.  Donovan could use your help in pulling all
these types of items together.  

 

I want to THANK YOU ALL in advance for agreeing to participate in any way
you can in helping us to showcase the College of Engineering as not only one
of the Best in the West, but in the entire U.S.
