[Staff] Commencement Date/Time and Regalia Ordering

 Engineering Faculty and Staff:

The College of Engineering Commencement Ceremony will be held on May 20,
2012 from 8:00am - 10:00am at Viejas Arena.

From this year forward, we will no longer be conducting a joint ceremony
with the College of Sciences. Thus, we will not be moving to the Open Air
Theater for the name-reading portion as we have in the past. Our
Commencement Ceremony will be held entirely in Viejas Arena.

Also, for those who need to purchase or rent regalia, please see the
message below.

Dear Faculty,

It’s that time of year again; time to think about placing your order for
commencement regalia.  This email is to remind you of the following
deadlines for submitting orders for 2012 regalia:

•    For purchasing commencement regalia the order deadline is * February
29, 2012*.
•    For rental regalia, the deadline will be *March 19, 2012*.

Please note that hood colors cannot be guaranteed on orders received after
the March 19th deadline.

To help streamline the process I have included a link to our web site which
has information such as pricing and pick up dates and times.  It also has
the necessary forms needed for either purchasing or renting your regalia.
Simply look for the appropriate form button located on the page.
