Dear Faculty,

Attached is the order form and measurement guidelines for the purchase of
fine regalia.  The fine regalia is made to order for each individual and
takes 6-8 weeks.  In order for faculty to received their purchase of fine
regalia in time for the commencement ceremonies I need the order forms sent
back to me by March 12th.  After March 12th  I cannot guarantee the receipt
of regalia in time for graduation.  Measuring guidelines are included on the
second tab of the attachment.

jayne.laporta at sdsu.edu and kelly.morlock at darth.sdsu.edu.
