[Staff] Rich Whelan

Hello all,

 

Anyone know of a Rich Whelan from Department of Defense. He and an SDSU
employee had a car accident at lunch today, Wednesday, 6/3. The SDSU
employee is trying to get a hold of him because she has or took down a wrong
phone number.
