<p>Applicants must be Jewish residents of the geographical area
now under the jurisdiction of the State of Israel, or Israeli Jewish
students temporarily residing within the United States, or American
Jewish students residing in Israel who are not citizens of Israel.
Applicants must be students at graduate or professional schools
located in the United States. </p>
