If you were planning to purchase insurance for a domestic student through the SDSU GSHIP for 2022/23 AY through an SDSU Research Foundation grant, please provide the details on the student and other relevant information using the link contained in the email below. As you may know, the SDSU GSHIP is on pause for 2022/23 AY. Please provide the information by August 1, 2022.

> We are asking that you confirm students who were supported through Anthem on SDSURF funding last year and will be continuing for FY 22-23 and add information for new students who were promised coverage for FY 22-23 through Anthem. We are working hard to ensure no student falls through the cracks, but also realize the time sensitive nature of this request. Please provide any information no later than Monday August 1, 2022 since Anthem coverage was supposed to begin August 15, 2022. Please use this link and add in the necessary information by the dates outlined above.
