[Faculty] my.SDSU: Upcoming Faculty/Staff Changes

Hello College of Engineering,

I hope your week has gone well. I am reaching out in my capacity as your
my.SDSU Change Ambassador. We will be meeting next week on 7/21/22 and it's
been requested that for this meeting, we come prepared for an open
discussion with comments, questions and concerns regarding the continuing
changes that will affect you and your use of SIMSR, PeopleSoft, Webportal,
AidLink and ASCOT. These are all planned to be discontinued in October 2022.

*Action Items*:
1.) Please *review *the most recent my.SDSU decks linked below. There are
upcoming changes that will affect faculty, staff and advisors. Training
Resources are being updated periodically, so if you have not already
checked out the my.SDSU page <https://my.sdsu.edu/> for tutorials and
resources, I highly encourage you to do so.
2.) Please *share *any questions, comments or feedback with me so that I
may share this feedback at the upcoming meeting
3.) *Let me know* if you would like any members of the my.SDSU project
(Admissions, Registrar, Student account services or financial aid) to come
to our area and answer any specific questions.
