[Faculty] my.SDSU Updates

Good afternoon College of Engineering,

The following are updates that were provided at last week's Change
Ambassador meeting. I hope you find them helpful. For any questions, please
always feel free to contact the my.SDSU Project email. I hope your winter
break is restorative and filled with warmth and cheer!

*Updates*

   - *Explorance Blue*, is a newly-adopted *Student Feedback Surveys* system.
   Messaging will be pushed to students and instructors *on Monday,
   December 12, 2022*.
      - For the first time ever, surveys will be available through Canvas
      and email (links will go directly to students' SDSU email accounts).
      - Surveys will be responsive and mobile-friendly.
      - Students will get reminders to fill out their surveys.
      - *Surveys close on the 20th to allow instructors to post
      grades after the surveys are complete. *Instructors

* are free to post grades at any time during the grading period. Still,
      this timing accommodates faculty concerned about potential bias. *
