Dear Chairs and PIs:

As you all know, SDSU will restrict access to buildings starting 8 am April
8, 2020. Pending this restriction, the University is creating a list of
vendors who may need access to labs for gas or chemical deliveries or
maintenance of equipment/instrumentation. If your department or labs have
such needs, please let me know *by 5 pm today*: (1) the details about the
vendors and (2) the building/labs they need to access.

Hello folks,
With our pending restrictions on access to buildings, members of the
Graduate and Research Affairs leadership group have asked how vendors are
obtaining access to labs for gas or chemical deliveries or maintenance of
specialty equipment.  In some cases, vendors have SDSUcards for exterior
access and are on our approved essential personnel list.

I understand the researchers in the College of Science are making
arrangements between the respective individual researchers and the vendors,
but we want to understand if there are any unmet needs for the College of
Health and Human Services and College of Engineering. Can you please assist
us on connecting with your researchers?
