Femineer Program



On behalf of the College of Engineering, we are pleased to share that a
$100,000 gift has been made to establish an endowment for the SDSU Femineer
Program.  Dr. Ellen Ochoa, a COS alumnae directed the gift to the program
from a foundation that she serves on.  Ochoa is the first Hispanic female
astronaut to go into space in 1993.



If you happen to see Ochoa at an industry event, campus activity or
community happening, please feel free to express your appreciation to her.



The College and the Femineer Program are grateful for her support.
