[Faculty] Graduate and Research Affairs' Pilot Program

Dear Eugene:
This new Pilot Program to support research efforts of mid-career faculty is
a wonderful and much needed idea. I hope that this program will
reinvigorate some of the faculty whose initial research funding may have
lapsed and getting funded again may have been hindered by a lack of time.
