SUBJECT: Fall Schedule Adjustment Deadline

The schedule adjustment deadline <http://arweb.sdsu.edu/es/registrar/schedule_adjustment.html>  for the fall 2017 semester is September 11 at 11:59 p.m. This deadline is strictly enforced. Faculty will not be able to add students from their wait lists after this date, and students will not be able to make changes to their schedules after this deadline. 

Starting with the first day of classes faculty and department coordinators with access may add students from the Wait list to meet the enrollment limits for the class. Students, faculty, and departments must actively monitor and manage their wait lists.

Reminder: After the fifth day of classes, students will not be automatically enrolled if a student drops. Only faculty or department coordinators with access will be able to authorize adds using the Wait List September 2 through September 11. 

To view the actual enrollment of a class, faculty must log in to the SDSU WebPortal <http://www.sdsu.edu/portal>  and view their class roster. We encourage all faculty and departments to monitor enrollment limits and release students from the wait list to meet these limits. 

For additional information about the Wait List, visit www.sdsu.edu/waitlist. 

All students must make any of the following changes to their schedules by September 11 at 11:59 p.m.:

*	Drop classes
*	Add classes
*	Change grading basis
*	Withdraw from the university
