Dear ADC Members:

Please share the attached call for nominations for the Wang Family
Excellence Award with your college.  Each college/unit should send their
nominations *with supporting documentation* *by Monday, November 13th to
provost at sdsu.edu <provost at sdsu.edu>*.

*Documentation (pdf or document format):*
1) Current resume or curriculum vitae
2) Up to five pages (single spaced, single-sided pages) of additional
documentation providing examples of the nominees individuality and
excellence.  "Submissions for each faculty nominee should include feedback
or evidence of impact on students; to this end, quotes from students would
be appropriate."

Additionally, SDSU nominees (below) who were previously considered may be
resubmitted again.
