Dear Monte,

We have been asked by the senate to obtain feedback from our COE faculty
regarding the interim president position which will be needed for the visit
by Chancellor White which coming up soon.
Since the Senate would like the feedback by Wednesday, March 22 @ noon; we
need to notify the faculty very quickly to give them time to respond.

All they have to do is input their comments in the link provided below
before the deadline.  It comprises of two questions so it should be very
quick to complete.

We have a brief opportunity to collect feedback for Chancellor White's
upcoming visit (Thursday, March 23). The form linked to this message is the
medium by which that input will be gathered and organized. Note that it
focuses *only *on the transition from President Hirshman to an interim--we
aren't entertaining (nor will we share) comments about any other topics.

You want may to connect with other Senators in your College to ensure
faculty and staff aren't overwhelmed by information requests; your
colleagues' email addresses (if you don't already have them) are available

That said, each of you has a way to forward this message and distribute the
form link to your College colleagues: thru someone in the Dean's Office or
via a listserv your College might maintain. Key is quickly getting the word
out -- *but in as coordinated a way as possible. *

The feedback/input period ends on Wednesday, March 22 @ noon; that gives
Officers an afternoon to organize it.
