[Faculty] Fire Alarm - Test

Hi Everyone,

The Fire Marshall will be doing a test of the fire alarms in the E-423 &
E-425 labs in the next 15-30 minutes.  There is a possibility that the fire
alarms in the CoE will sound.

If the fire alarms sounds, you do not need to evacuate the building, it is
only a test.
