[Faculty] Approval of the policy file

Esteemed Members of Faculty,



I can not emphasize enough  how important it is to cast your vote  to
approve the policy changes presented to you during our faculty meeting. I
am attaching the  policy file with the proposed changes in the attachment
and asking you to cast your vote by the end of the day TODAY.  To ratify
the changes , we need 2/3 of the faculty vote yes for the changes.



So far I heard only from 16 faculty members.  If you can take a moment and
consider casting your vote by sending me a message with APPROVED in subject
line after you review the proposed changes I will appreciate it.
