Thank you for your patience as we launch our new time and attendance system.
Here are some answers to some of this morning's frequently asked questions. 

 

When you first log in, your time report will default to the May 1- May 15
reporting period. Please click on the calendar tab at the top of your time
report to navigate to the May 16- May 31 time period. Only pilot group users
will be able to enter time on the May 1- May 15 time report. 

 

The first time you log in, you must log in to the standard version of
EmpCenter and reset your temporary password to one of your choice:
<https://sdsurf.workforcehosting.com/workforce/Logon.do>
https://sdsurf.workforcehosting.com/workforce/Logon.do. After you have
changed your password you can log into any version of EmpCenter, including
the mobile and accessible versions. 

 

If you are a supervisor and received an e-mail reminder to approve time
reports for the May 1 - May 15 pay period, please disregard! You may also
receive two more over the next two days and these can be disregarded as
well. This message was only intended for those individuals who have been
participating in the pilot group.
