[Faculty] FW: Staff Appreciation B-B-Q on Tuesday May 24

To Faculty,

 

I've had only a few people offer to help.  Thank you to Drs. Hayhurst, Lee,
Sarkar and Walsh, and Mr. Hinkle.

 

I could certainly use more hands.  

To help set up tables and food, please come to the Dean's office at 11 am.

To help clean up, please plan to stay after lunch to put food and tables
away and wash dishes.

 

I bought plenty of food, so if you are on campus today, please do come to
eat and thank our staff for a job well done. We are having chicken fajitas
cooked up by Dean Hayhurst!

To College Faculty,

 

Please see invitation below.  The Executive Committee and the faculty
traditionally put this event on for the staff.  I need faculty volunteers to
help - and, oh yes, you are also invited to come to lunch to thank our staff
for their outstanding assistance throughout the year.

 

I will organize the food in advance of the event.  I will need help on
Tuesday doing the following:

 

Setting up table, chairs, BBQ, etc.

Getting out and carrying out food

Cleaning up food

Putting tables and misc. away

 

Please let me know if you can pitch in!

Student Assistants, TAs and GAs (student employees) are welcome
