[Faculty] Staff Appreciation B-B-Q on Tuesday May 24

To College Faculty,

 

Please see invitation below.  The Executive Committee and the faculty
traditionally put this event on for the staff.  I need faculty volunteers to
help - and, oh yes, you are also invited to come to lunch to thank our staff
for their outstanding assistance throughout the year.

 

I will organize the food in advance of the event.  I will need help on
Tuesday doing the following:

 

Setting up table, chairs, BBQ, etc.

Getting out and carrying out food

Cleaning up food

Putting tables and misc. away

 

Please let me know if you can pitch in!

Please come and enjoy lunch with your friends and colleagues!

 

Student Assistants, TAs and GAs (student employees) are welcome 

 but please RSVP for them so we have enough food
