Download and install MDK-ARM Version 5.11a:

Select File->License Management... and click the FlexLM License tab. Enter the information shown in the figure below. The Server specification is 27003@volta.sdsu.edu.
Click OK and the application should report a Support Period ending May 8, 2015.
