IT staff members are in the process of creating the distribution of<br>
software applications that will be available during the spring 2015<br>
semester on Windows operating system stations in rooms E207, E218, E220,<br>
E221, E300, E301, and PS231. The current list is given below. Please<br>
look over the list and let me know if you require a particular<br>
application, or an updated version of a listed application, by January<br>
7, 2015. After January 7, all of the stations will be "re-imaged", or<br>
cloned, from a master station containing the list of applications shown<br>
below. Re-imaging a laboratory during the semester while classes are in<br>
progress, to install a new application, is both disruptive to classes<br>
that require use of the lab and time-consuming for IT staff. Therefore,<br>
it is imperative that you honor the deadline and let me know by January<br>
7 if you require an upgrade to an existing application, or a new<br>
application not shown in the list below. Once we install a new<br>
application on our master station, we will ask you to test the<br>
application on the master station to verify functionality.<br>
