<p class=MsoNormal>I am now collecting attendance summaries for the month of
September. All staff must submit an attendance summary in order to report
their furlough days, as well as any vacation or sick time used.
Please have these to me by this <b>Thursday, October 8<sup>th</sup></b>.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Also, if you plan on taking your furlough days on dates
other than the Academic Affairs recommended days, I would appreciate it if you
let me know. This would be helpful as I am trying to put together a calendar
that will hang in the Dean’s Office as a resource for the staff to be
able to know when collogues will and will not be available. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I am using this to also post the pre-planned vacation of the
Dean’s office staff. This is not mandatory, but is just more of a convenience
for me, as I tend to be the one who receives the most inquiries as to peoples
