[Staff] SP 103: Illegally Parked Vehicles being cited

Faculty and Staff,

Only two reservations have been made for today's SP 103 spots and there
are currently 3 vehicles in this space, two parked illegally without
permits. *Please move your car immediately *so that the vehicle with the
reservation and valid permit can park. If you are currently parked here
without a reservation and valid permit, UPD has been informed and will be
giving citations.
