[Staff] Staffing for Explore SDSU

Hi Engineering Staff!

I hope you have been able to catch up and catch your breath this week. I
wanted to reach out because Explore SDSU is happening next month and we are
looking for people to work the event. For new staff or those who might be
unfamiliar, Explore SDSU has historically been an event to draw prospective
students to the University. This year, the event is intended to be focused
on admitted students - both first-year students and transfer students.

Explore SDSU is on Saturday, April 15th. The Engineering Village will be
hosting the Information Fair from 9:00-2:00 p.m., which will be tables from
different departments and student clubs. We are asking for folks to commit
to at least one of the four hour shifts available. There will be the
morning/set-up shift from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and the
afternoon/clean-up shift from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Explore SDSU is the last event, so you will need to scroll a little. We
will have our Village Hub in the Dean’s Conference Room (E-203E) with
snacks and drinks for folks working the event.
