[Staff] Follow-up on a "THANK YOU" message of Julie Smitherman

On behalf of the College, I would like to thank Julie for her outstanding
work and highly professional work style. Her contributions as a staff
member have been of strategic importance for the SDSU College of
Engineering. It was a great pleasure to work with you, Julie.

I would like to wish Julie every success in her future professional
endeavors!

The College of Engineering has already hired a temporary Assistant to the
Dean, Mr. John Oliver. John will be introduced to faculty and staff during
our College Retreat on August 17. As soon as possible, we will start the
recruitment process to hire the permanent Assistant to the Dean.
