[Staff] Commencement Volunteers

Good morning Engineering staff,

Engineering Commencement is right around the corner on *May 13th at 5:30pm
at Viejas Arena*.

If you would like to volunteer to help lead graduates into the arena and
direct them to their seats, please let me know ASAP! Volunteers will be
needed starting at 4:30pm and the procession will be done by 5:45pm. You
are welcome to stay for the entire event, but the procession is the main
part where we need assistance.

Also, please be aware that all grad students (masters and doctoral
campus-wide) will have their own commencement ceremony on Friday May 12th
with the College of Graduate Studies and will not participate with the
undergrads on May 13th. We are all set with volunteers for the May 12th
grad ceremony and are only calling for volunteers for May 13th.

Commencement is one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling days I spend at
SDSU every year and I hope to see you there!
