[Staff] Engineering Commencement 2022

Engineering Staff:

Just a reminder that Commencement is this Saturday, May 14th at 5:30pm with
the procession into Viejas Arena beginning at 5:15pm.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered and if you are still thinking
about volunteering, please let me know.

For all volunteers, there will be a SHORT 20 min rehearsal (no students) at
2:30pm this Thursday the 12th at Viejas Arena. I will be walking down at
2pm, so see me in the Dean's Office if you'd like to walk together.
Otherwise we will be meeting in the loading tunnel on the left side of Lot
13. Access info is attached.

The same access procedure will be used the day of Commencement. All staff,
faculty, and VIPs will enter via the vehicle gate on the left. You may also
park in the designated VIP section of Parking Structure 12 which will be
directly forward when you enter.
